eryn brinié giveaway!

The Eryn brinié brand, catering to both the sensible and the artistic, is inspired by French chic and urban contemporary.

For the S/S 2009 season, Eryn brinié's signature femininity takes on a more masculine edge, reinterpreting the season’s boyfriend styles with the brand's iconic fluidity. You'll witness mod cuts, antique fabrics, boxy shapes, girly ruffles, all in romantic pastels and rich earth tones. This is minimalism at its best.

To celebrate the 100th follower of around the way girl, the lovely folks representing Eryn have offered three accessories from the collection to give away to one lucky ATWG reader!

something about simplicity

Designer Sofie Ølgaard's minimalist design references her Scandinavian roots as well as vintage stylings of the the '20s and the '70s. With lots of draping, high waists and a muted palette of grays, taupes, blacks and blushes, women everywhere could easily slip into these understated, well-constructed looks.

C + D = love

Label love: Cloak and Dagger.

As stated on her site, designer Brookelynn Starnes created C&D in 2006 in response to her frustration with the fashion industry and its sudden veer in direction. She felt there was a sharp decline in the care taken in garment construction, and simply could not find the shapes and fabrics she so desired. So, Starnes envisioned her own mix of fun, comfortable clothing that is both chic and refined. And, I love.

The label is based in Brooklyn, and fittingly so.

Enjoy.

Also, as of today, my blog has 100 followers (101 to be exact!). I hope to have a little treat or two to show a little love to those who follow here soon. Check back :)
