Now I never thought I would use the words "badass" and "crochet" in anything close to the same sentence. But, seriously, this is the raddest, most badass crocheting I have ever laid my eyes on.
Montreal-based jeweler Arielle de Pinto (just 22 years old!) hand crochets her pieces from sterling silver and vermeil metal. The rustic designs are delicate but so raw, and each piece is versatile. A necklace can easily transition to a bracelet, headband or belt. Amazing.
(cute.little.disaster I totally thought of you when I saw this... crochet necklaces = next project perhaps?)
